Kathy Lopez

I’m Kathy, Office Assistant at Grow Wise Financial, and I’m here to make sure every client feels supported, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they reach out. With more than 20 years of customer service experience, I love helping people feel at ease and making their experience as smooth and simple as possible.

In my role, I support both our clients and our team by keeping the office running efficiently, anticipating details, and ensuring communication is clear and timely. My goal is always the same: to help create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and confident in the support they’re receiving.

I earned my BA in General Studies with minors in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and I served on active duty in the U.S. Army from 2000–2003. These experiences shaped how I show up today — with discipline, empathy, and a genuine desire to understand people and meet their needs.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending time at the beach, taking long walks, writing letters to friends and family, and experimenting with beginner-level crafting projects. I’ve lived all over the country and love traveling and learning about new people and places.
